How much does it cost to become a member? Why do you charge?
You can find full details of our costs and accepted payment methods on this page. We charge a small monthly fee to cover our site and staff costs. Unlike other sites, we have full time staff who work around the clock to provide you with the web's most reliable celebrity contact addresses.
Do you list celebrity email addresses?
No, we don't list any email addresses. Most email addresses circulating the web are fake and those that are genuine (a very small proportion) become so popular that they close down within hours of becoming public. Most celebrities prefer (and will only reply to) traditional letters sent to their official contact address.
I don't have a credit card, can I join?
Yes! We accept a variety of payments including all major debit cards and also PayPal payments. Full details of our currently accepted payment methods can be found on this page. We regret but we do not accept cash, checks or wire transfers.
How often is the database updated?
We generally update our database with new addresses and corrections on a daily basis.
How do you know the addresses actually work?
Our team of freelance researchers constantly monitor the entertainment press to see which celebrities are changing agencies or management companies. We also rely on feedback from our users. If mail is returned to a user, they normally request us to find new and updated addresses. All of these things combined mean we have a highly accurate database.
What happens if I can't find the address I need?
This is highly unlikely. However, if you do find yourself in this situation then you can use our free address request service. Our researchers will then try and find the address and add it to the database as soon as possible.
Can I join for just one month?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, there is no minimum membership length. For example, if you join on January 1st and cancel on January 10th, then no further payments will be taken. Also, you will still have access for the remaining period of your membership!
I only need one address, can I purchase just 1 address?
We do not sell single addresses - you will have to sign-up for our standard membership.
Do you list celebrity's home addresses?
No, we list the addresses they want fans to contact them at. This is because celebrities are often not at home or too busy to sort their mail - therefore it's better to write to their official fan mail address instead. Another reason we do not list home addresses is for the celebrity's security and privacy.
Please, please can I have a free address?
No, sorry. In order to have time to maintain our high quality database and provide reliable customer service to our members, we will ignore all requests (excluding registered charities) for free addresses.
