I sent a letter to a celebrity, but it was returned.
Although we work hard to keep the database up-to-date, some addresses do become invalid. However, if you visit the members area and click the Request Address link then our researchers will attempt to find an updated address for you. Due to the nature of running such a large database and celebrities changing agents, sometimes privately, we can not guarantee to find you the correct address but we will try our best.
Help, I have forgotten my username and/or password!

I know my login details - but they don't work.
Please note that all usernames and passwords at CelebFanMail are case sensitive. This means that you must use lowercase or uppercase characters where necessary. For example if you signed up with the user name "John" then "john" or "JOHN" are not valid. If that doesn't work please contact us.
How to I cancel my membership?
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your membership is to login and click the "Manage Membership" link from within the Members Area. If you are unable to login, then PayPal users can click here to request a cancel, or credit card (WorldPay) users should click here.
I requested an updated/new address - where is it?
Our research team will only reply when they have found a reliable address. We cannot guarantee to find a new address (some celebrities decide to longer be 'contactable'). Generally our researchers take around 7 days to investigate each request. However, it can take several weeks for hard to find addresses. You will be emailed as soon as the address is added to the database. You will only be contacted if we locate a valid address.
